Founded with an athlete-first approach, Axis was created to provide a more intentional model of representation — one centered on long-term value, trusted relationships, and strategic career development both on and off the field.
We work with athletes through every stage of their journey, from brand positioning and NIL partnerships to career planning, combine preparation, and professional transition strategy. Our role goes beyond securing opportunities. Axis Sports Group was built through firsthand experience inside the athlete journey. From competing as a college football player to navigating pro day preparation, agent relationships, and the business side of the sport, the foundation of Axis comes from understanding the process from the athlete perspective first.
That experience exposed a clear gap in how athletes are supported through key transitions — from performance to branding to professional opportunities. Rather than transactional services, athletes needed structured guidance, clear communication, and long-term strategic thinking tailored to their individual path.
The foundation of Axis has been shaped by graduate-level study at Northwestern University in Sports Administration, focusing on the business, marketing, and operational side of modern sports. That academic perspective, combined with real involvement in athlete representation and football operations, provides a dual understanding of both the field and the industry surrounding it.
